TRAVEL CONDITIONS
General travel conditions for individual journeys:

After booking the stay, a confirmation and deposit invoice will be sent. The deposit must be paid within one week.

The deposit is a partial payment of the invoice amount, but is not refunded in case of cancellation

The final amount is due for payment 30 days before arrival. If there are less than 30 days until arrival at the time of booking, the entire amount is due for payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation must be made in writing

Failure to pay the deposit is considered cancellation

Deposit is not refundable

Hotel stays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival

If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation/cancellation in extraordinary circumstances for both individual and group travel:
The travel industry and Lexberg.no follow the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' travel advice. As a general rule, the traveler has the right to cancel his trip if acts of war, natural disasters, dangerous infectious diseases or other events that can be equated are detected at the destination or in the immediate vicinity of it in the last 14 days or fewer before the departure date, and there is a reasonable reason to assume that these conditions will also be on the day of departure.
